Today, I’m going to share my simple new year goal-setting method, which I refer to as a growth routine. This process helped me design a healthy, high-performing lifestyle that I can comfortably maintain throughout the year.
The growth routine will help you:
Create a high-performing routine that you can maintain.
Improve the odds of success on your goals.
Build new habits for personal growth.
Every year people around the world make New Year’s resolutions to reach their goals, improve their health, and better their lives. Some people are successful at keeping their resolutions, while many others fail.
According to a 2016 study, of the 41% of Americans who make New Year’s resolutions, by the end of the year, only 9% feel they are successful in keeping them.
The main reason people fail at their goals is that their goals are around the outcome rather than the action.
(Outcome) Read 36 Books → (Action) Read for 30-mins every day.
Here is my 2023 growth routine based on actions:
I encourage creating a growth routine with small daily actions that reflect your life goals and priorities and schedule them in your calendar.
