Culture of Greatness and Gratefulness at Multidots

Multidots has been featured as a WordPress VIP Partner and now is a part of a highly exclusive and reputed club of WordPress VIP Agency Partners. There are around 100,000+ WordPress companies in the world. And Multidots being a part of the VIP partner agency is a huge accomplishment that I feel proud along with 110+ team of Multidots.

Ten years ago (in 2009), Aslam and I dreamed about creating a company and culture that focus on creating greatness and gratefulness. In this entrepreneurial journey; we made mistakes, took wrong decisions and did few of those things that we are not proud of. But we kept working hard, learned from our mistakes, took few hard and right decisions, reworked on the goals and directions that is clearly and precisely aligned with our original vision and mission of Creating Greatness and Gratefulness by Serving People & Solving Problems. All of these and the diligent efforts of our wonderful dots family motivating us each day to creating the greatness around us.

When I built my first WordPress website in 2007, it was the love at the first site with WordPress. With the inception of Multidots in 2009, dating with WordPress started with the very first WordPress website https://www.whatcanyoudocampaign.org/ and happily after ever the bond between Multidots & WordPress continue to flourish. With around 20 dots contributed to WordPress core 12 times, 10 dots contributed in WooCommerce 7 times, revived the WordPress Ahmedabad Meetup group and managing 32 meetups in last three years, organizing first ever WordCamp in Ahmedabad, speaking to local and global WordCamps and WordPress Events, working and delivering 200+ WordPress based projects and 3 VIP WordPress websites are some of those things that show our love and commitment not only WordPress as software but Community.

It’s not just 34% share of WordPress on the internet that makes WordPress as our preferred platform for digital transformation and content publishing but we are deeply driven by WordPress’s mission to democratizing publishing and the freedoms that come with open source. The people who make this community is also one of the top reason we are committed and deeply in love of WordPress. Speaking of people, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to few of my very good friends – Tom Willmot, Jay Newman , Rahul Bansal, and Chris Lema in the WordPress community who has been the great support, advisor, and motivator for me all the way through here.
